Lizz and Ben had an incredible wedding at Sundance Mountain Resort last summer. The modern rustic vibes at Sundance are beautiful anyway, but Lizz and Ben added even more beauty with their personalized touches and decor. The day started as you’d expect with everyone getting ready and preparing for the day. The bride and groom wrote each other notes, especially for that morning which they read on their own. When they met to do their first looks, they also each had something prepared for each other. It was a lovely and intimate moment, and it was such an honor to be able to witness their love in such a raw way. Their ceremony was unmatched, and I loved that they had their officiant stand in the aisle! This way, their guests could see them and their faces and really be a part of the ceremony. Plus, the officiant wasn’t in all the pictures. Love this idea! The reception in the lodge was amazing – fantastic food, great company, signature his and hers cocktails, and heartfelt toasts to honor the new couple. After the traditional cake-cutting, mingling, and first dances, the reception turned into a party! Lizz changed out of her stunning backless boho wedding gown into a jaw-dropping pantsuit, and we partied into the night. This wedding was such a blast, and I’ll be dreaming about it for a long time. Congrats, you two!
