Wedding at Calamigos Ranch in Malibu, CA // Nancy + Anthony

Nancy and Anthony’s number one wish for their wedding day was that it’s full of laugh-your-ass-off, light hearted, natural, fun vibes. This fits their personalities perfectly as Nancy is not only a microbiologist but a pole dancing instructor, who explained when they first reached out to me that their favorite thing to do is sit around in their underwear and eat food together. They acknowledged that weddings might never go down perfectly but as long as the right people are in attendance then all of the little things tend to fall away. Their day started off with a private, traditional Vietnamese tea ceremony with Nancy’s family in front of a beautiful, personal alter followed by some amazing Vietnamese foods. Then the party headed to the gorgeous Calamigos Ranch in Malibu, CA to start the festivities. It was insanely foggy which only enhanced the beautiful greens outdoors and the eclectic colors in their florals. The humidity didn’t do any favors for my hair, but these two beauties looked like royalty the whole day. The ceremony included tears and laughter surrounded by everyone they loved the most- including their perfect pup. Excited to share my favorite moments from this gorgeous, foggy day.
